Darrell Paulson, Advanced Restoration Specialists founder and President, has now been announced Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Executive Committee for The Clean Trust, formerly known as the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC). The Clean Trust is a global industry verifying body and an ANSI-accredited standards development organization that focuses on cleaning, restoration, and inspection and represents approximately 6,000 Certified Firms and 54,000 Certified Technicians in over 20 countries.
Also a shareholder, Darrell has been on the Board of Directors since 1983 and is currently overseeing the name change and implementation of the new tagline: Where professionals find training. And consumers find peace of mind. He is managing a new plan of organization for The Clean Trust that includes streamlining the size of the board and determining the organization’s goals for strategic governance moving forward. Said Darrell, “the new board structure is a result of The Clean Trust working to accomplish these goals” and implementation of shareholder feedback and votes into the continued success of The Clean Trust organization.
Additional executive committee officers elected are: Craig Jasper, Pete Duncanson, Tony Wheelwright, Lonnie McDonald, Hank Unck, and Paul Pearce. Patrick Winters is continuing to serve as The Clean Trust President and CEO.
