Course Description: This class is designed to further your knowledge on emergency & restoration services based on current standards. We will discuss the different types of equipment used, importance of quick response to mitigate damage, emergency tips, open communication with all parties involved and the different categories.

Indoor Molds - Course #70203
Course Description: This class is combined with the Contents class "Restoration of Personal Property" course
#80745 for a total of  2 credits. "How Alarmed Should We Be" Due to rising health concerns related to mold, it's important to understand the proper remediation process. To be educated in this topic is to prevent any current/future heath problems, save money and time, help monitor both business and life interruption, as well as, awareness of various other problems that can result if proper procedures are not taken.

Restoration of Personal Property - Course #80745
Course Description: The Contents class is combined with the Indoor Molds Course #70203 for a total of 2 credits. This class is set up to educate you in the process of contents restoration from beginning stages to final stages. We will discuss the decisions before restoration begins, the move out/in process, inventory, cleaning process, equipment used, content analyzing and documentation, and more.

Water Damage - Course #09819- For offsite classes only.
Course Description: This class is designed to further your knowledge on emergency services based on the Water Damage Standard S-500 Second Edition from Emergency Phase 1 to Restoration Phase II. We will discuss the types of different equipment used, importance of quick response to mitigate damage, emergency tips, open communication with all parties involved and the different categories of water damage.
