Sylvia Gilmour

Vice President

Sylvia Gilmour began her career with Advanced Restoration Specialists on September 3, 1985. Since that time she has helped establish and maintain the company position and growth in the industry. Sylvia began with estimating carpet and upholstery cleaning contracts with commercial clients. From there she incorporated her interior design experience along with her construction experience to estimate and project manage the property repairs from the start of emergency first day services to the completion of the construction repairs.

As her experience and knowledge warranted and it became apparent that licensing was important to the industry and the clients, she studied and passed the California Contractor’s (CSLB) test and became the Responsible Managing Employee/Officer for the company in 1990.
