Rachel Cordova started with Advanced Restoration Specialists, Inc. December 10, 2007. She is currently the Marketing Assistant. Her major responsibilities include: Update company’s database, Assist marketing department with projects (using excel spreadsheets, word documents ‘07– mail merge, letters, etc., PowerPoint, Publisher), keep track of new jobs pertaining to different clientele.

Certifications:

· Computer Literacy Certificate

· Computer Technology Certificate

· Took computer classes for 5 years.

Responsibilities:

· Maintain accurate information up-to-date in the company’s database; including agents, clients, adjusters, & vendors.

· Work on Marketing special projects

· Assist with set up for CEC and WRT courses, trade shows, and other special events

· Bachelor Degree from Cal State University, Fullerton

· Associate of Arts Degree – Social and Behavioral Sciences

· Associate of Science Degree – Child Development

· Associate of Arts Degree – Liberal Arts

Hobbies:

· Spending time with my family

· Enjoy nature walks

· Reading story books (Children’s Books)

· Enjoy using computers: learning new short cuts for different programs, creating new formulas to organize data, researching information online, etc.
