Restoration Project Manager
Steven has worked for Advanced Restoration Specialists since March 2000. His past experience within the restoration industry as an Office Manager and Field Technician has assisted him in acquiring the knowledge and skills to be effective in his current role as a Restoration Project Manager. In a continuing effort to obtain more knowledge of the trade, Steve has obtained the distinguished title of Certified Restorer, a credential held by very few in the restoration industry.

- Certified by The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) board in water (WRT) and fire/smoke (SRT) damage restoration as well as health and safety technician (HST), applied structural drying (ASD), moisture mapping, odor control, and applied microbial remediation technician (AMRT).

Responsibilities:
- Inspect and estimate various types of property losses to include environmental and bio-hazardous issues.
- Prepare Damage Survey Reports for emergency services.
- Open communication with the client and interact with the insurance carriers, provide them with updates, reports, expense reports on a weekly or often in the case of major damage, on a daily basis with a commitment to assure that the needs of all parties are met
- Provide Project Management on each project to establish status updates for owners, property managers and tenants by communicating both verbally and in writing with each - oversee time lines (schedules), costs, progress payments, etc.
- Coordinate, schedule and communicate with supervisors and trades for each project.
- Provide consultation for flooring, construction defects and environmental contamination such as excessive fungal growth (mold remediation).
- Expert Witness services for Damaged Property Consultants.
