Kristen Saraos started with Advanced Restoration Specialists, Inc. July 17, 2006 as a Case Assistant and currently holds a position as a Case Coordinator. Her major responsibilities include: invoicing and handling all aspects of a loss, answering telephones, sending out invoices, assisting with office tasks and special projects as well as assisting with content pack out services in the field.

Certifications:

- Water Restoration Technician – 2007 – from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification.

- Health and Safety Technician – 2008 - from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification.

- Applied Microbial Remediation Technician – 2008 - from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification.

- Currently attending East Los Angeles College to obtain an Associates Degree and transfer to Cal State Los Angeles in an attempt to obtain a Masters Degree and credential for elementary subject teaching/Urban Learning.
